Love is blind!? Labels: anime. marry, blind, is, japanese, love, petition
Love is blind!? Where have i heard that expression before?
Well. we all know that when we say "love is blind", it means that we love a certain someone without caring about their race, religion, physical imperfections (e.g. weight), beauty, age, and the list goes on.
Ok. But what if "love is blind" really goes out of hand? That's where Japan comes in.
Just when you thought "Hard Gay" was really Japanese Madness,
have you ever thought of marrying an anime character? :)
Well at least for Mr. Taichi Takashita. He was really into marrying a favourite anime character of his.
Let's see what he have to say.
"I am no longer interested in three dimensions. I would even like to become a resident of the two-dimensional world. However, that seems impossible with present-day technology.
Therefore, at the very least, would it be possible to legally authorise marriage with a two-dimensional character?
If it comes true, I (proposer of this campaign ) will marry with Asahina Mikuru."
And so, he sets up an online petition to urge the government to legalise marriage with
a two-dimensional (i.e. anime and comics) character.
COMMENTS
"Gotta love those crazy japanese, how dare he take our precious Mikuru from us though!"
"lol, this is why I love Japan XD "
"All I can is LOL. XDDDDD"
"Oh, you'd be amazed what people marry these days."
"Paper cuts can be painful"
"At least making babies will be easy, just draw a picture. No stress, no responsibility!"
Hey, and you know what? He already got 1,000 people to sign up within a week. Let's see...
He needs another 999,000 more people. That's right he is aiming for a million!
I'm not surprised if they actually did legalise the law because from what i've heard,
the Japanese prime minister has some love towards manga.
Ok. So for those who are interested, you can go sign up too and support this campaign! LOL!

Oh. and don't forget to tell who you are marrying to and don't forget to invite me. ha ha.
No, and i don't think Spongebob Squarepants is involved in all of these.
Because you are not born in Japan! Or should i say DRAWN in Japan!

No, you too!
Oh. i saw some cosplayer yesterday in the MRT. Some were really impressive looking, saw some BLEACH characters, some evil-black-looking girls with sharp scythe and a pink-dyed hair lady who really stands out in the crowd.
So here's some advice. Don't make "Love is blind" into "Love is weird". Just leave anime alone to the pencils and papers and TV. And if you really think of doing so, come back to reality please. :)
I don't want to live without you, And i don't want to live a lie, We'll never know till we try.
